Joseph L. Harberg is the founder and CEO of HWGA Group. Previously, Joe was the co-founder and CEO of The Harberg•Masinter Company and co-founder and President of Retail & Restaurant Growth Capital, LP. Mr. Harberg has provided leadership in real estate development for many of the nation's most notable specialty retail concepts, as well as providing capital for many of the fastest growing emerging consumer companies in the country, including Look Theaters, Restoration Hardware, House of Blues, Apple Computer and many more. Prior to co-founding HMC and RRGC, Mr. Harberg worked as Assistant to the President and then Senior Leasing Representative for The Sharper Image. During that tenure, Mr. Harberg worked on the firm's initial public offering. He was later responsible for the strategic planning, site selection and lease negotiation as The Sharper Image's in-house real estate officer.
Mr. Harberg has served on the Board of Directors of numerous retail and non-profit organizations. Joe is a founding member of the Dallas chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization, past the President of the Southern Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies and member of DFW Private Equity Forum. Mr. Harberg received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston.

Lisa Palazzola joins HWGA Group as Director of Leasing after 6 years leasing with the Howard Hughes Corporation.
Lisa is responsible for all aspects of leasing in new development and redevelopment projects throughout the U.S., as well as tenant representation strategy and leasing.
Primarily responsible for leasing Studio Crossing At Marietta (GA) and working on growing Look Theaters, Lisa's ongoing responsibilities include:
Andy Aronson has been committed to HWGA Group as our Broker of Record, since inception. Andy launched Gulfstream Properties in 2007 when he saw a market need for a small specialized boutique brokerage firm in Houston. Andy lived in New York for 10 years where he flourished as a commercial freelance photographer. In the years following September 11, he began his career in commercial real estate in New York City. As a third generation native Houstonian, he was glad to be back when in 2004 he returned to take advantage of an opportunity. Andy is committed to his real estate career, and has advanced his knowledge and professionalism by continuing to keep abreast of changes through a variety of networking a continuing education. Andy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. He has transacted more that 500 acres of vacant land, and over 1M square feet of retail, industrial, and office lease space.
